Paul Canoville Foundation

Building positive futures

Our work

The Foundation runs a number of programmes which support young people to overcome challenges, build resilience and confidence. From volunteering with homeless young people to our regular TRENDS United team, our work is guided by the below key objectives:

  1. To engage and support young people facing physical, mental and economic challenges at a grassroots level, where help is most needed (early intervention)
  2. To offer positive activities, mentoring, skills programmes and motivational events to build aspirations and develop life skills to overcome adversity.
  3. To build a community and peer led response to resilience and support for young people through development of peer mentors, volunteers and training materials for community organisations.
